The working principle of filling clear liquor in glass container

Spirits filling machine generally adopts vacuum filling method. Spirits injected into the bottle are dispersed along the inner wall of the bottle by the diverter umbrella, and the air in the bottle is sucked away by the vacuum system through the return pipe. The specific process is as follows: the bottle is lifted up to the bottom of the filling valve and the filling valve is opened. The filling starts. When the liquid level of the wine in the bottle is higher than the return pipe, the valve will be closed. The liquid level is then vacuum corrected: excess product is sucked back into the filling cylinder through the short tube. Because the valve opening and closing function is controlled by the bottle, so: "no bottle, no filling process".
